Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above Rs.999. For orders below Rs.999, a shipping charge of Rs.50 will apply.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: After 3 failed delivery attempts, a charge of Rs.100 will be levied for the fourth attempt.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A COD charge of Rs.100 applies.
  • Delivery Partners: We collaborate with various delivery partners for efficient service.

Packaging:

  • Bras: Individually packed in a plastic bag, wrapped in butter paper, and placed in a recyclable courier box or bag.
  • Panties: Wrapped in butter paper and placed in a recyclable courier box or bag.

Shipping Time:

  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Domestic delivery takes 3-7 business days post-dispatch, subject to public holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Order confirmation occurs once payment is received for pre-paid orders; COD orders are dispatched after verification.

  • Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed from our Mumbai, India warehouse and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • We use various courier companies within India. Orders are attempted for delivery three times before being returned. Extra charges apply after the third attempt.
  •  COD Eligibility: Checked before order confirmation and is available only in selected regions.
  • Combining Orders: Once placed, orders cannot be combined for shipping due to regulatory and compliance reasons. Shipping charges apply to each order unless it meets the free shipping criteria.
