Refund policy

At Candyskin, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy:

●      Returns: You may return items within 10 days of delivery. Returns are processed within 3-7 business days of receipt, with refunds issued within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the circumstances.

●      International Shipments: Returns and exchanges are not permitted for international orders.

●      Non-returnable Items: Briefs, panties, lingerie accessories, and lingerie sets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Products must have intact price tags, and returns of used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Eligible for exchange if:

●      An incorrect size or color was delivered.

●      The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect (photographic evidence required).

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

1.     Contact Us: Notify our customer care team within 2 working days of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, images of defective items.

2.     Return Instructions: Ensure items are unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and packed in original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pick-up within 3-4 business days if applicable, or you can courier the parcel to our address, including the courier receipt for a refund of courier charges.

Note: Returns of items purchased during sales, with discounts, or using promo codes are not accepted. Gift cards are non-refundable. Products sold as multi-packs cannot be returned individually.

Processing Times:

●      Returns: 3-7 business days from receipt.

●      Refunds and Credits: 7 to 21 business days from receipt of the request.
