Shipping Charges

We offer free domestic shipping on all our items; International Shipping is chargeable based on the location.

In case of domestic delivery after 3 failed attempts, the fourth attempt of the delivery a charge of Rs.100, will be applicable, as an extra cost to be borne by the customer.
Packaging

The bra is packed individually in plastic bag wrapped in butter paper and put into a beautiful Candyskin box.

The panty is packed in butter paper and put into a beautiful Candyskin box.
Shipping time

In case of metro cities we process and dispatch your orders within 3-5 working days of the order confirmation, for the rest of the county, within 15 days of order confirmation. In case of international delivery orders will be delivered within 3 weeks of order confirmation. The orders will be confirmed once payment has been received from your bank in case of pre-paid payment modes. In case of 'cash-on-delivery' payment mode, we need you to verify your order. Instructions on how to verify your COD orders are given at the time of placing one.

You can track your order online through our website or through the carrier companies website once it is dispatched for delivery.
Important Notes
COD eligibility will be checked prior to order confirmation.
COD is only applicable on domestic orders in selected regions.
RETURN POLICY

AT CANDYSKIN, we have a very easy & hassle-free return policy.
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 7 days of its delivery.
We will take 5-7 working days to process returns once received, once the return is approved refund will be processed within 7-8 working days and in some cases 21 working days.
In case of International shipments, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs and panties.
We do not accept return of products without the price tag attached on it, in any case of a broken price tag return of products will not be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?

Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.

Use a butter sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.

We can arrange for the parcel to be picked. Call us at +91 7045785815 or drop us an email at customercare@candyskin.com to check if your pin code falls under this service.

In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.

In either case, please also enclose any Candyskin Collectible items or any other free gifts you received with your order.

In applicable cases, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.
What are the items/services that cannot be returned?

Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards.

No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.

Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR ISSUING OF CREDIT OR REFUND?

We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 7-8 days to process any refund/exchange to your card.

In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 7-8 days to process it, and a maximum of 21 days in some cases from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
